At Check in, the client is required to bring the necessary documentation for the local authorities. The property is handed over in a perfect and functioning condition and must be handed back in the same condition at Check-Out. We do not expect tenants to wash linen nor clean the property for Check Out but to treat the property with care removing all general rubbish and food from the fridge and leaving the property in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness.
If at Check-Out the property is found to be particularly dirty or if any damages are found that were not present upon check in then tenants will be charged 15€ per hour for any extra cleaning required and the cost of any damages will be provided within 7 working days from the date of Check Out.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

CARD PAYMENTS

 

To confirm the booking we require 20% of the total rental fee upon booking. This can be paid directly by credit card ( Visa, Mastercard ) within 5 (five) days of booking the holiday property.
The remaining balance, i.e, 80% of the total rental fee is due 7 days before arrival by credit card or wire transfer.
If you book a property and your check-in date is less than 7 days away then you will be required to submit the full 100% rental fee upon booking.
As soon as we receive the 20% payment then you will receive a Booking Confirmation Voucher with all the details regarding your booking, the address of the property and our Check-In procedure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The following percentages are calculated starting from the day we receive written notification of cancellation.

30% More than 30 days before arrival date = 30% of the booking price.
100% of the total rental amount is withheld if cancellations are made within 7 days of the beginning of the rental period
100% of the total rental amount is withheld for refusal of the property at Check In and/or No Show

In case of long-term rentals ( over 61 days ) then clients must provide a 60 day advance notice to avoid paying any cancellation penalties.

CANCELLATION BY US:

Should the apartment unlikely, become unavailable for reasons beyond the manager control, the manager will do all efforts to search an alternative similar property and reserve the right to transfer the booking . In the case that no similar and suitable properties are available, the full amount paid for the rental and additional services will be refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone. Name, address and other identifying information that you provide is used by the ADP Apartments to maintain complete and accurate apartments rental service. Your credit card information is not retained as the result of any of these processes.
